Very nice weather to be in Hanoi. Nice, cozy and quiet hotel. Spacious rooms with good service. Easy access to shops and offices around. Friendly and courteous staff. The gym on the ground floor has the essential elements and the morning breakfast has the right balance for a business traveller. Polite, Friendly and Warm front desk staff always ready to welcome and assist travelers.

Simply the best place to be while in Hanoi. Rooms are spacious,clean with amazing views. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English . Strongly recommend. See you soon in 2024 My Way Hotel and Residency.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful and they greet you politely when they meet you. The room was spacious, clean and maintained well.The breakfast was delicious with different noodles every day, however the variety of options are limited. The location was good and quiet, and easily accessible via taxi or Grab.The hotel decor was quite modern and many power outlets for working, and the bed is comfortable.

We were very impressed with the service and room cleanliness at My Way when my family was here on a leisure trip. Having been to a few hotels in Vietnam, this was one of the best I have stayed at. The rooms came as a surprise as it was a lot bigger than we expected. There was enough room for the kids to run about without tripping over anything. The bathroom was very clean and the housekeeping made sure it was kept that way throughout our stay. Basic amenities were also provided. The sheets were clean and we slept really well. The TV was okay and there were enough channels to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. There was a kitchen but we did not use it but it was clean nonetheless. Check in/out was really smooth and we did not have to wait long despite a relatively busy front desk. The daily breakfast provided was delicious and there was quite a variety. If there is anything that stood out the most, it was the great service provided by the hotel staff. We needed a lot of advice getting around and they spared no effort to give us really good advice and local tips. We were thoroughly impressed and would come back for a second visit again.
